Love love love this. Içve always been a bit grossed out by the commercial Kombuchas.
Had a couple of locally brewed ones that weren't totally disgusting, so I figures if I did my own at least I could control what flavor it was.
Since I was totally clueless about the process, and the masontops starter kit said it had everything (except a jar) I bought it.
Excellent product, excellent instructions, excellent results.
I did everything they suggested, added my own hibiscus tea for flavor. It was so smooth (but still had the tangy Kombucha taste), but not overpowering.
I have a glass I drink out of that is taller than the typical mason jar, and their lid fits fine.
I'm ready to make an ongoing batch I can just borrow from when I need a drink.
Next will be getting a large mason top jug to make a big batch from so I can alternate batches & have enough to drink all week.
