Sauer Salt Packets

When I made our first batch of sauerkraut, I tested the cabbage after salting it and thought ewww this is going to be so salty and gross, even though it seemed like such a small amount of salt for the head of cabbage. However, after starting that jar on 3-17-19, through the miracle that is bacteria, the saltiness has gone wayyyyy down and it is beginning to taste like *****. Don't be scared when you think you have over salted the mess our of your cabbage! It is going to be delicious!
