Pickle Pipe airlocks are the easiest way to vent fermentation gas. The one-way valve automatically releases gas, without letting in any oxygen that can cause spoilage, so jars don't have to be babysat and manually burped daily. Worked perfectly for brining olives which give off a lot of gas with my process. Gas is dissipated in 2 days so I was able to rotate them through my batch. But man they are pricey.

Very pleased with the ease
I used them to make my Jewish kosher dills and didn't have to worry about my lids popping. worked great. I also made my own sauerkraut, with no rotten egg smell at all in my kitchen. Where were you guys 25 years ago when I first started? lol.
