    easy to use

    i’m very delighted with this kit as it makes pickling easy to use. The accompanying booklet takes you step-by-step. The plunger is very attractive and sits nicely on my kitchen windowsill when not in use. Photo is of my first two batches which are in process. Preserved lemons and Middle Eastern style turnips.
