Here are two go-to recipes you’ll want on repeat all summer long:

 

🫐 Blueberry Lime Electrolyte Water

A fruity and antioxidant-packed refresher.

What you need:

  • 2 cups water (hydrates)

  • ¼ cup coconut water (adds potassium & natural sugars)

  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries (for antioxidants & mild sweetness)

  • Juice of ½ lime (vitamin C + bright tartness)

  • Pinch of mineral salt (essential electrolytes like sodium and trace minerals)

  • Plenty of ice

How to make it:

Add everything to a Mason jar, pop on your Multi Top or Tough Top lid, shake it up, and enjoy cold. 

 

🍊 Orange Ginger Electrolyte Water

Citrusy and packed with immune-boosting flavor.

What you need:

  • 2 cups filtered water

  • ¼ cup coconut water

  • 1 orange, juiced

  • Fresh ginger, to taste

  • Pinch of mineral salt (we used pink Himalayan salt)

  • Plenty of ice

How to make it:

Toss it all in your Mason jar with a Multi Top or Tough Top lid and shake it up. That’s it. The flavor gets even better as it infuses.
