Love these lids! I am fermenting my Sourdough (noting the dates I feed the starter - using the Masontop markers so I have plenty of room)! But I store a lot of stuff in Mason jars. Pasta, crackers, flour, veggies, oats, you name it and these lids are wonderful! and can be dated. I just throw in an oxygen absorber to keep it fresher longer.
We have used these lids for years and absolutely love them. Makes life so easy to mark the top of jars with our sauces, dressings and other hard to identify items inside. Thanks for such a great product!
