Eating Fermented Foods: How Much?


We get asked if it's "unsafe" to eat too much fermented food and the answer is yes. It sounds scary, but it’s not. Too much of anything can become a bad thing. Eating small portions of fermented foods daily is a great way to maintain a balanced diet while adding healthy bacteria to your gut to improve your health, nutrient absorption and digestion.
