    Before First Use

    Pinch the tip of the Pickle Pipe valve to separate the opening. This only needs to be done once before the very first use, never again.

    How to Clean

    Clean your Pickle Pipes before each use. They are dishwasher safe. 

    During Fermentation

    The Pickle Pipe may expand and contract during fermentation as carbon dioxide pressure builds up and is released. This is completely normal. There is no need to ever manually pinch the valve to release pressure, and doing so is not recommended. 

    Storage

    Store your Pickle Pipes flat in between uses. This will prevent them from losing their shape. Ensure they are dry before storing.
